2009-2018 on top of HR functional role I was Corporate Trainer in Gillette and P&G ans well as internal Executive Coach for P&G Europe leaders
2019-2021 Trainer/Coach and Consultant in FPL Sp. z o.o., Content and Delivery Owner of FPL Management Masterclass® (Development Program dedicated to grow managerial skills).

I was part of start-up, led significant organization redesign, transitions and culture changes.
I was partnering with leadership teams, managers and team leaders to build highly engaged and innovative organization and grow best in class talents, so they perform at their peak
