I am an accredited Executive Coach and Mentor with over 300 hours of one-to-one coaching/mentoring experience.

My business career has been in the construction industry where I have accumulated 35 years of operational and executive leadership experience with large international contractors in UK, Asia, the Middle East, and Central Europe.

As a coach and mentor I support aspiring senior leaders as they invest in themselves to accelerate their personal development and professional growth.

My clients are often either in a new role, a succession candidate, or an experienced leader wishing to take the next step.

I am from UK and have been living in Poland for almost 20 years (including a 5 year delegation period in Romania) previous to which I spent 10 years living in both the United Arab Emirates and in Thailand.

I am passionate about the development of people and this has been the core of my whole business career spent across a variety of differing cultures.

I am also passionate about running (which I do a lot) and and music.

I live in Warsaw (in Saska Kępa) with my wife who is also From UK.
