Online Group Supervision for Coaches and Mentors
RULES FOR REGISTERING FOR GROUP SUPERVISION:
Group supervision is open to both coaches and mentors affiliated with EMCC Poland and those who are not members.
Registration is confirmed upon payment to the EMCC Poland account after purchasing the event on the website.
The payment is non-refundable unless the event is canceled, in which case a refund will be issued to the customer’s account.
WHAT IS GROUP SUPERVISION?
Definition of Supervision according to EMCC Global:
Coaching supervision is a safe space where a qualified supervisor engages in a reflective dialogue with the supervisee to support their coaching/mentoring practice, personal development, and overall well-being.
Goals of Supervision:
- Ensuring the Coach/Mentor maintains professional standards.
Reflective dialogue guided by a supervisor helps maintain high professional and ethical standards for the benefit of clients and the coaching/mentoring industry. - Facilitating the development of the Coach’s/Mentor’s practice.
Group meetings led by an experienced coaching/mentoring practitioner using supervision methods expand perspectives, introduce new methods and tools, support the resolution of work-related challenges, and foster personal growth through a deeper understanding of emotions and reactions arising during client interactions. - Supporting the well-being of the coach/mentor.
Supervision provides an opportunity to better understand one’s state and receive support as a key instrument in the client work process.

SUPERVISION FACILITATOR:
Stephen Murphy has over 30 years of experience in international organizations. He spent 20 years at Procter & Gamble, followed by roles at Coca-Cola Inchcape Bottlers, Reckitt Benckiser, and PZ Cussons. He has held senior positions in sales, marketing, and general management. His professional experience includes work in the United Kingdom, Greece, Morocco, Tunisia, Yemen, Russia, and Poland. He holds the Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). He is accredited at the Master Practitioner level by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) for both Team Coaching (ITCA) and Individual Coaching/Mentoring (EIA). He also holds EMCC accreditation as a Coach/Mentor Supervisor (ESIA).
LOGISTICS:
- The group can have up to 6 participants.
- Duration: up to 3 hours, depending on the number of participants.
- The Zoom session will be conducted in English.
- Participants will receive a certificate of attendance.
Registration for EMCC POLAND Group Supervision is open until 48 hours before the event, i.e., until July 6 at 17:00 for this session.
Cost for 3-hour Group Supervision:
- 100 PLN for members
- 150 PLN for non-members
