Iwona has a Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching. Her coaching role is informed by over 22 years of managerial experience in Public Affairs and Corporate Communications. She has worked for the Polish Government, Philip Morris, McCann-Erickson Worldgroup and Citigroup, managing individuals and teams of marketing, communications, branding, government affairs and CSR experts.

Iwona is a founding member of LiderShe, a Polish Professional Women’s networking organisation, promoting diversity and corporate change; providing support to women in their professional development and career choices. She has received the Silver Cross of Merit, from the President of Poland, for displaying outstanding services towards the community. Since May 2018, Iwona has been a board member of the European Coaching & Mentoring Council (EMCC) Poland. She currently coaches and mentors internationally and in Poland, in Polish and English.
